I had another great experience with Blue Dragon Appliance Repair. My first encounter a few months ago was for refrigerator repair. Aaron quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly and professionally at a very reasonable cost. I was so satisfied with his customer service attitude and professional competence that I knew he would be my primary contact for any future appliance repairs. Last week my washing machine stopped working and I called Aaron. He was able to fit me in within 48 hours. Once again, he diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repair at a very reasonable cost, and made me realize that I have a great, reliable organization for appliance repair. His customer service demeanor was outstanding and he was a true professional. I have had so many disappointing visits from repair people and it is a pleasure to find someone who cares about his craft, shows up on time and treats his customers like family. Gave me a quick explanation on how to fix the water freezing at the bottom of my refrigerator, too. Well worth the money for having them come out and look things over. I operate a cottage bakery and my oven stopped working the week I had an order for 200 cookies, 72 cupcakes and 2 cakes! Blue Dragon offered same day service but the situation wasn’t completely dire so I opted for next day AM. I got a window from 8-12. It is 9:17am and I am currently preheating my over for a batch of cupcakes. Blue Dragon was professional, friendly, efficient and operates with integrity. They also offer a great warranty. Excellent, responsive service. Fixed a minor refrigerator issue, ordered the correct belt for our dryer and arrived as promised the next morning to install it. Based on our experience, I would use Blue Dragon again. In early December, I called Blue Dragon again about a scraping noise in the dryer. I thought the recently installed belt might be slipping. They came and checked it. Found the belt was fine, but pulled a small piece of plastic material stuck at the back of the drum for no chsrge. I highly recommend Blue Dragon. Knowledgeable, efficient and they stand behind their work.

I had a great experience today with Blue Dragon appliance repair. I was so happy Chris diagnosed the problem and fixed my dishwasher in no time! He was kind and punctual and barely made any mess, but cleaned up the few paper towels he used and was on his way. Great job! Highly recommend.
